Known for her compassion and dedication, Ingrid is passionate about teamwork, helping others, and celebrating wins for both the company and its clients. Outside of work, Ingrid enjoys walking her puppy Millie, watching football, and diving into a good book. A proud Western Carolina University graduate and North Carolina native, she is dedicated to philanthropy and works to engage the Carolina BG team in giving back to the communities they serve.

A chance to reconnect with longtime colleagues Scott and Ryan brought Jeremy to Carolina BG, where he values the supportive, family-oriented culture and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. Jeremy thrives in Carolina BG’s collaborative environment, enjoying the freedom to implement ideas and streamline procedures in partnership with company leadership. Outside of work, he’s passionate about discovering new BBQ spots, cheering on the Cornhuskers, and relaxing with good food and sports

Outside of work, Scott enjoys weekends with his family, cheering on his daughter at softball games, or playing basketball with his sons.

Presley Phillips joined Carolina BG five years ago, starting as a market technician and quickly proving his ability to shape roles and drive success. His innovative approach to the newly created position led to promotions, first to Market Tech Supervisor and later to Director of Operations in August 2022. Presley’s career journey showcases his adaptability and commitment to growth for himself and the company. Known for his quick learning and enthusiasm, Presley enjoys teaching new processes and technologies to his team. He thrives on building connections between departments and values the close-knit, collaborative culture at Carolina BG, where everyone works together toward a shared goal. Outside of work, Presley enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, target shooting, and relaxing with his wife and their three dogs.

Known for her empathy and down-to-earth approach, Cathi is passionate about building trust with employees and creating a supportive workplace culture. She thrives on providing excellent service to her team while helping the company grow and evolve. Cathi’s journey to Carolina BG began with a background in logistics and hands-on HR roles, where she managed teams and processes on the ground. Outside of work, Cathi enjoys spending time with her kids and relaxing on her front porch with her pug, Teddy, and kitten, Fin. She also practices reflexology and reiki in her free time, helping others feel their best.
