Partner Development
We work closely with you to set your location up for the launch of the new process. This includes building Op Codes, determining pricing, creating custom menus, and coordinating team meetings. In this critical step, we partner on all of the behind-the-scenes components to ensure a frictionless transition.
Training
Carolina BG will train your advisors and technicians on the full line of Carolina BG products, equipment use and function, and the BG Lifetime Protection Plan. We will provide a comprehensive overview of the solutions and benefits of the Carolina BG Product Line, enabling your team to educate customers so they are empowered to make an informed decision.
Process Implementation
The BG Service Drive Process drives consistency across your service operations, ensuring all customers receive the same high level of service. This consistent process develops a predictable revenue stream. An entire team of Carolina BG staff works on-site with your organization to launch the new process. We provide marketing materials, and service menus, to guarantee a seamless launch.
Continuing Education
Just because the process has been implemented doesn’t mean our work is done. We continue to work with your organization to educate your advisors and technicians on new products and equipment, along with training any new advisors or technicians that join your organization.
Support
We provide continued support in any retraining that needs to be accomplished and frequently check in with your service team members to ensure they are comfortable with the BG Product line, Equipment, and processes. In addition, we work with your team to analyze service reports to drive maximum revenue growth.
